To the attention of accredited certification bodies and applicants for accreditation
Here is to
inform on introduced amendments into accreditation procedures related to the
assessment of competence of certification bodies:

DP SM 7 Accreditation process
- ·
DP SM 7-02 Sampling of certification body’s activities
for the purposes of accreditation.
Documented
procedures are amended as to ensure compliance of accreditation process with
the provisions of IAF and EA mandatory documents (original versions of IAF and
EA documents are available from IAF and EA websites respectively, Russian
translations are available from BSCA). Texts of the amended procedures are
available from the Russian version of BSCA website.
Applications
for extending accreditation should be submitted together with passport of
technical competence of the CAB as prescribed by DP SM 7.
