Competition "Competence"

assessors based on the results of accreditation acitivities in the previous year. The order of conducting of the competition is laid down in the Provision P SM 8.2 “Regulations on the competition “Competence”.

The purpose of the competition is to praise the most active actors in conformity assessment and accreditation activities who strive to promote high-quality conformity assessment services and are interested in drawing public attention to the role of conformity assessment in ensuring the safety and quality of products and/or services.

popularization of accreditation activities as a basis for ensuring confidence in the results of the activities of accredited conformity assessment bodies;

formation of a positive public opinion about the activities of accredited conformity assessment bodies;

strengthening the image, business reputation, authority of accredited conformity assessment bodies and specialists in the field of quality management (quality managers);

activation of the participation of technical experts in accreditation and accreditation experts in accreditation work;

attracting the attention of government bodies, local authorities, heads of enterprises and organizations, customers and potential clients to the activities of accredited conformity assessment bodies with the aim of their development and improving the level and quality of the results of the work carried out on conformity assessment;

formation of a reserve of potential assessorts and technical experts.
