The unified information system in the field of conformity assessment (information system Accreditation or IS Accreditation) was launched in 2018.
The primary function of IS Accreditation is to automate accreditation processes for BSCA employees, accredited CABs, assessors and other parties of the National Accreditation System, improve and simplify all accreditation processes, raise the quality of accreditation services, as well as ensure data transparency in the field of accreditation.
The key operations performed by IS tools include:
keeping registers;
planning and implementation of monitoring and surveillance activities;
update of the Register of Assessors and Technical Assessors;
planning and implementation of trainings conducted by BSCA;
remote participation of assessor in the accreditation process;
formation of a directory of registered measurement techniques used by the CAB;
submission and registration of applications for accreditation;
retention of the data from the passport of technical competence of the CAB;
cross-system interaction for multiple mode based on various user roles when accreditation involves all participants of the accreditation process; a mechanism for communication between process participants through notifications and dialogues.

Access to system functions is provided through user authentication. The principle of access rights is permissive (if the user has rights that allow a given action, then this action is available to the user).
