Directive No1

In the Republic of Belarus through measures are being taken on a continuous basis to strengthen public safety and discipline.

This issue is regulated by the Directive of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated March 11, 2004 No. 1 "On measures to strengthen public safety and discipline" with amendments and additions as amended by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated October 12, 2015 No. 420.
