Business meeting of NAH and BSCA
Within the framework of the business meeting the
Parties:
- discussed the ways to implement the agreements reached during the eighth
meeting of the Belarusian-Hungarian Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation;
- agreed upon and signed the Action Plan for IV quarter 2019 – 2020 on the
implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding between NAH and BSCA signed
on November 30, 2017;
- discussed the way of the implementation of ILAC P10 policy requirements
to ensure traceability of measurement results, including the implementation of
these requirements in national legislation (according to signed Action Plan
2018-19).
The Parties confirmed
their intention to continue the development of cooperation in the field of
accreditation within the Memorandum of Understanding between the NAH and BSCA.
When developing the
Action Plan the Parties decided to determine the conditions to optimize and
improve the efficiency of conformity assessments conducted by accredited
entities in order to increase the supply of products in accordance with the
agreements reached during the eighth meeting of the Belarusian-Hungarian
Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation;
In order to implement the recommendation of the
Intergovernmental Commission during the business meeting the Parties agreed on
the text of the Action Plan for IV quarter 2019 – 2020 for the implementation
of the Memorandum of Understanding between the NAH and BSCA. The Plan includes
activities, including those in the form of a videoconference, between the NAH
and BSCA experts on:
- accreditation of proficiency testing providers for compliance with the
requirements of the international standard ISO/IEC 17043;
- accreditation of inspection bodies against the requirements of the
international standard ISO/IEC 17020;
- accreditation of medical laboratories against the requirements of the
international standard ISO 15189 and other questions
