Assessment of competence for the purpose of accreditation

Assessment of competence for the purpose of accreditation is carried out in accordance with Chapter 3 of the Accreditation Rules upon the applicant's application for accreditation and includes the following stages:

An application for competence assessment work for the purpose of accreditation is submitted through the information system of the accreditation body IS "Accreditation". The application form and accreditation documents are available through the links:

The set of documents submitted with the application is determined by subparagraph 12.1 of paragraph 12 of Chapter 3 of the Accreditation Rules and includes:

If the technical accreditation commission makes a positive decision to confirm the competence of the applicant for accreditation, the accreditation body issues an accreditation certificate with the attached scope of accreditation.

The decision to include conformity assessment bodies in the national part of the Unified register of conformity assessment bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union is made at a meeting of the technical commission for accreditation in accordance with the criteria established by paragraphs 8 - 10 of the Procedure for including accredited conformity assessment bodies in the unified register of conformity assessment bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union, approved by Decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated December 5, 2018 N 100.

The accreditation body concludes an agreement with the accredited body for the whole period validity of the accreditation certificate.

Information on the validity period of the accreditation certificate and the scope of accreditation attached to it is entered into the register of the National Accreditation System.
