Assessment of competence for the purpose of re-accreditation
Assessment of competence for the purpose of re-accreditation is carried out upon application from the accredited body. The conduct of these works and the procedure for making a decision on accreditation are carried out in the manner established in Chapter 3 of the Accreditation Rules.
According to Chapter 4 of the Accreditation Rules, an application for assessment of competence for the purpose of re-accreditation is submitted by the accredited body no later than 130 days before the expiration of the accreditation certificate through the information system "Accreditation". The set of documents submitted with the application is determined by subparagraph 12.1 of paragraph 12 of Chapter 3 of the Accreditation Rules, includes:
- draft accreditation scope;
- passport of technical competence;
- a copy of the organization's charter;
- a copy of the certificate of state registration in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs;
- a copy of the branch regulations (if any);
- a copy of the division regulations (if any);
- a copy of the approved structure of the legal body;
- copies of documents describing the management system of the accredited body, which are referenced in the table "Information on the applicant's self-assessment of compliance with the requirements of the fundamental standard (for all applicants for accreditation and accredited entities)" of Appendix 3 of the passport of technical competence;
- information in electronic form about the applicant and its area of accreditation (for inclusion in the National Part of the Unified Register of the Eurasian Economic Union). Forms for filling out and submitting information to the Unified Register are available at the link.
If the technical accreditation commission makes a positive decision on re-accreditation, the accreditation body issues an accreditation certificate with the attached accreditation scope under the same registration number for the new validity period of the accreditation certificate.
The accreditation body concludes an agreement with the accredited body for the new validity period of the accreditation certificate.
Information on the new validity period of the accreditation certificate and the attached accreditation scope is entered into the register of the National Accreditation System.
