Assessment of competence for the purpose of changing the scope of accreditation, including extension or reduction of the scope of accreditation, transition to a new version of the interstate standard
Assessment of competence for the purpose of changing the scope of accreditation, including extension or reduction of the scope of accreditation, transition to a new version of the interstate standard in the field of accreditation and conformity assessment, developed on the basis of the international standard (hereinafter referred to as the basic standard), is carried out upon application from the accredited body in accordance with the procedure established in Chapter 3 of the Accreditation Rules.
Application is to be submitted through the information system "Accreditation". The application form and accreditation documents are available through following links:
The set of documents submitted with an application includes:
- draft supplement to the scope of accreditation;
- passport of technical competence (in the part concerning the change in the scope of accreditation);
- documents confirming implementation of methods;
- documents describing the management system (if there are any changes in them that have occurred since the last assessment of competence, including those related to a change in the scope of accreditation);
- electronic information about the applicant and its scope of accreditation (for inclusion in the National part of the Unified Register of the Eurasian Economic Union). Forms for filling out and submitting information to the Unified Register are available at the following link.
The set of documents submitted with an application for changing the scope of accreditation, including reducing the scope of accreditation, in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Accreditation Rules, includes:
- draft scope of accreditation with amendments;
- comparative analysis of documents.
The set of documents submitted with an application for transition to a new version of the interstate standard, in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Accreditation Rules, includes:
- results of self-assessment of the accredited body's readiness to transition to a new version of the basic standard;
- documents describing the management system (with amendments demonstrating compliance with new or amended requirements).
Information on changes in the scope of accreditation is entered into the register of the National Accreditation System.
